Nice job placing the meeting notes in mind map form. I believe you've done it before, but this is the first time I've seen one - I've used mind maps for a long time, but not for showing how people interact in a meeting.
Karen, That's the "power(?)" of some of the mind map tools. You get to capture the meeting, but you can also shift things around to relate discussions.
As you probably know, during the calls there are is a lot of discussion on one topic. Then we digress. And, then someone comes back to a topic from 2 discussions ago. (We don't enforce Robert's Rules - nor should we.)
Since I can move branches around, I just capture it and then move it to it's proper sequence. Or, at least, my visualization of the proper sequence.
