The Human Side of Lean

We occasionally get into a discussion of LEAN and Six Sigma during the phone calls. I was looking for a definition of IDEF when I ran across this site.

The CBPI Framework is more along the lines of system process analysis. Indeed the acronym stands for Continuous Business Process Improvement (CBPI). The above link is their resource center. It has some nice compact descriptions of tools in both the Six Sigma and LEAN space.

And, the descriptions are written in simple understandable language. Particularly the discussion of how Six Sigma and LEAN are complementary.
